Live Happy Joyous and Free
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about movement, wellness, and helping others live full, vibrant lives.
In high school, I was captain of the drill team, where I discovered the joy of teamwork and shared goals. After graduating, I opened a dance exercise studio in a small town — we stayed healthy together and had so much fun.
That passion deepened when I moved to the city to become a fitness director at a beautiful new health and fitness facility. I earned my degree in Physical Education and Health from Boise State University, graduating magna cum laude and was honored to be selected for Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities.
After graduating, I co-founded The Fitness Experience, a personal training studio - we offered worksite wellness programs too - The Fitness Experience at Work. One of the most rewarding parts of my career was our work teaching strength training and wellness classes for seniors at the community center — those wonderful people became like family.
Thirty years ago, I began my own 12-step recovery journey for codependency — a path that transformed my life. Since then, I’ve sponsored over 1,000 people, started many meetings, and co-founded a virtual meeting and podcast that continue today, both dedicated to carrying hope to those still suffering. Working shoulder to shoulder with others on this happy, useful path of service.
In my coaching, I share the life-saving and affirming principles I’ve learned along the way.
Let’s connect and explore your path to joy, meaning, and purpose.
