When we hear the phrase “our thinking is the crux of our problem,” it can be eye-opening. For years, I believed that analyzing, dissecting, and reading every book I could find was the way to happiness. But over time, that constant mental activity turned into an obsession — a “paralysis of analysis” that made life heavier instead of lighter.
In this episode of my podcast, I share how I hit my bottom with overthinking and found a way out. Instead of letting my thoughts run me in circles, I learned to use my thinking to inform actions — positive, constructive steps guided by a reliable connection to something greater than myself.
My daily practice now includes gratitude, surrendering uncertainties to my “God box,” and trusting that the right answers will come at the right time. This shift from mental overdrive to inspired living has brought me joy, purpose, and freedom.
If you’ve been caught in the cycle of thinking your way out of every problem, I invite you to listen to this episode and explore a new way forward — one led by inspiration, not analysis.
